Import Duties on EU Orders
Effective April 5th, all orders from the European Union are subject to a 10% import duty. However, the good news is that de minimis exceptions remain available. For more details, please refer to the official information [here].
Orders with a total value of $800 or less (including shipping costs) are exempt from import duties, thus avoiding any delivery delays.
To ensure your orders fall within this exemption, we kindly ask you to split larger orders where possible, so that each individual order does not exceed the $800 threshold. If splitting the order is not feasible, please contact our sales team, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Starting Monday, April 7th, all orders will be shipped via DHL Express. Please find the delivery rates below:
